Repositories; Police or Sheriff's Departments, District
Attorney's or from public records or
publicly available information.

We do not maintain nor sell information on minors,
known government officials, or members of law enforcement.
Although the order taking process is automated, the order
processing part is not.
We
are committed to protect the privacy of your business, candidates,
individuals and credit while providing the highest quality data
possible to our customers, and maintaining a high degree of
respect for the sensitive nature of the information provided. As a
matter of policy, Zero Investigations Inc. will not sell
information to any individuals at any time, under any
circumstance. All data submitted, received and reported is
treated as CONFIDENTIAL.

does not use, sell, compile, nor in any way record information
from the visitors to our web site for marketing or any other
purposes other than services as represented by our web site.
A safety filter for inappropriate requests is placed on all
incoming orders that are reviewed by our
Compliance Dept. who runs the order through a series of internal checks, which allows us to catch suspicious orders. To enable
this level of filtering, all orders placed with us require full
disclosure of client or buyer's identity, including both business
and personal names, address, phone/fax numbers and a email
address. All information is verified for accuracy. This allows
us to enforce other mechanisms in place,
often to verify the client or buyer and the validity of the order. While
we do not disclose our methods, the process has been in
operation since online ordering was established and has
prevented and limited possible fraudulent activity within our
site.
These same mechanisms are also used to protect all parties and
data
involved during the online order process.
Use
of the online services is limited to authorized and approved
customers. Approved account holders must log in with a ID
and Password. All entry to our site is closely monitored. All
suspicious activity is recorded and will be subject to further
investigation and possible criminal charges.
